The product is exactly as described and we both like using them. I had a larger one in terms of the diameter. It was 6 inches. It was too big and uncomfortable for my neck. This 4 inch one in diameter is perfect.

This neck/head pillow is exactly what I needed to support my neck and head, in my massage chair. It prevents my neck from over-extending. The length is just right, and isn’t too long. The foam is firm, to provide great solid support, but not hard, so it will contour around your neck and head somewhat.The cover is a navy blue velour material, which is soft and will not show stains easily. I was hoping to find one in a beige color, but this one will work just fine.The best part was the excellent price, which is quite a bargain. Also, the shipping was extremely fast for this.I highly recommend this pillow for home or travel use…
