This is a sturdy and well put together rollator. The printed instructions were easy enough to understand, so I did not need to access the QR code video. They included extra knobs and screws in the parts bag – which is always welcome! 1 screwdriver was included also.My only complaint would have to be the plastic hangers used to attach the seat to the rollator frame. They arrived broken in the box. I called the number on the instruction manual, and the person on the phone was nice listened to my explanation of what was broken. That was Friday. There are replacement parts on the way as of Monday – THANK YOU!!! Fortunately, I thought of a work around for it, and I think it is better than the original parts. I got 2 one inch pipe straps from Lowe’s. I replaced the broken plastic pieces with the metal straps, and it works well. (See the pictures).Still waiting on Mom to incorporate using this device in her regular routine, but it seems like it will be a real help. It is on wheels, so it is not too heavy for her to push. I am the one who will fold and put it in the car, and the weight is fine for me to lift.I would buy this again.○○○○UPDATE○○○○ I didn’t realize the company sent out a replacement right away! They went above and beyond to make sure my mom has a safe rollator to use. Thank you!!! She is getting along with it well!

It is a nice quality rollator but I have lymphadema in my upper thighs and it pinches me really bad when I sit down. It said it was as big as the loaner when I measured but it isn’t. A the extra 1.5 inches would make it comfortable to sit in. Now I am stuck with it and can’t sit long enough to cook or do dishes. I am disabled and can’t get it anywhere to return it. It took me a long time to put together. It wasn’t hard just hard on my body to do it. I hate that I soent too much money and ended up with something I can’t use.
