My review is specifically for the rollator with 8″ wheels. Out of the box, it is fully assembled. I had an older version of this rollator with 5″ wheels, and it did not roll over things very well which caused the device to loosen up. The 8 inch wheels eliminate this and roll over things easily. That being said, I am 5″4″ and out of the box the height was perfect for me. Someone shorter may have issues with it being too high. I prefer this style of walker because you are able walk inside of it an stand up straight. It hurts me to see people using walkers where they are all hunched up with it pushed out in front of them. For those complaining about the seat not being comfortable, if you want to sit in a recliner, go home. This is perfect for sitting down for a few minutes when you need to rest, then folds up out of the way. With the brakes on, I have no problem with the rollator sliding out from under me when using the seat, and I am not a featherweight. I am 80 years old, and find this to fold up very easily. Folds very flat, is not very heavy, and fits easily between the front and back seat of my car, and I do not have a big car. It lives in my car, and I don’t want anything taking up my trunk all the time. It works for me.

My husband loves this walker. He had the type with the tennis balls and it limited his mobility outside because they scraped along and wore out constantly. Consequently he stopped trying to exercise outside. This new Drive walker is soooo great. It has 4 wheels and the front wheels swivel so now he’s walking up and down the street and exercising every day. Its the same style as the old walker in that you can adjust the height to many positions so you can stand up straight when walking, not slightly bent like other walkers Ive seen….and its so nice and sturdy! It also has a great seat that goes up and/or down when needed, which is also very sturdy and hand brakes which will lock the walker while in the sitting position. It does fold but not as flatly as the old one for some reason. Maybe Im doing it wrong? Its very easy to fold but just not as flat. When the 2nd side is folded in, it seems to stick up maybe 2″ while supposedly laying in the flat position. I highly recommend this walker it has all the bells and whistles, great for mobility, and so sturdy, we love it!!!!

I own several walkers/rollators/walking aids. My normal go to around the house is a Drive RTL10261BL, but you cannot walk inside it, you destroy your back using it. I was looking forward to the Cleverlite due to the way it is made, but I am 5’6″ and it cannot be made short enough for how I’d use it. Says the handles are 35″ to 39″, my handles won’t go further down than 36″. It matters.Pros: seat design is exceptional and very sturdy. Also hard, but I wasn’t expecting a lounge chair. I like that it folds up out of the way, and even when down I can still walk inside the walker.Brakes seem functional. I had to adjust mine, but they do stop.Wheels roll over most things with ease.Folds up flat. Easy to do this.Cons:One side is wiggly. You can see the difference when you open it up. So quality control is not the best.Too tall. At the lowest level the seat is barely low enough and the handles are a full inch and a quarter higher than the description says. I cannot walk inside and use the handles like I might crutches, which is what I wanted.Freaking wide!!!! This is 4.5 inches wider than my RTL10261BL. Won’t go into my standard bathroom door, barely fits through my bedroom door and you have to line it up just right. House built 1987.Seems heavier than 18 lbs, but that might just be me.My impressions: wide, unwieldy, too tall, bad quality control. Good design in general. If you are a tall person with wider doors who doesn’t mind quality control issues (one side wobblier, measurements not correct), this might be for you.So disappointed. ☹
