This is very practical for bedbound patients, does helps a lot when they have to keep on their side to avoid bed ulcers.It is comfortable, washable, and has a pillow quality.Also very sturdy it has been washed a couple of times and is still ok.

When Mom became bed-bound we bought this to help position her and were happy with how well it was made and that there was a removable cover that could be washed. Sadly, Mom doesn’t need it any more, but we like to put it in that space between the headboard of our bed and the mattress so that pillows, TV remotes, phones, etc don’t slip down that crack to the floor. We are thinking of buying another wedge for all the many things we find that could use a wedge.
