The company worked with me to get the correct items quickly when we identified my error. I received the bed August 30th. The electric components were broken and missing 3 castors. I have been trying for almost a month to get the boxes picked up and returned. They are too heavy for me to move. I needed the bed 3 weeks ago!! My elderly mother is sleeping in a recliner. I am very dissatisfied and still haven’t received a refund or another bed.
