Good quality, soft yet firm, perfect height. Did not use personally, it was a gift for my mom who has swelling in her feet from chemo and she said it definitely helps and supports her legs, ankles and feet.

Though compact, it is almost instantly usable. The 10 inch is quite tall. It is solid, it does not flatten easier like Memory Foam would do. With that said, I purchased it to elevate my feet after an injury on my calf and it was not as soft as I would like. But then nothing would feel very good on a sore leg I suppose. I am glad it was made sturdy enough to last though. It does relieve the pain in my leg and is tall enough to relieve lower back pain. Very good support overall. I is decently wide, but I wish it were wider. I am not sure if it is good for sleeping, but it will certainly help you drift off comfortably.
