The scooter works great once you get the hang of it. things to know though. It’s not balanced and will tip forward very easy so no pressing down on the front without your weight on the seat. The seat is super firm which means it will last but it’s to firm so invest in a cover they are cheap and worth it. All and all well built minus it will flip forward but that’s an issue I believe they will all have till your comfortable and know how to use them.

This is definitely at the high end of rollator pricing, so I expected a lot from it. And? I’m super impressed with it. You just have to learn how to fold it correctly because it’s a bit different (explained further down). The design is somewhat unique, feeling more thoughtfully engineered than the average rollator. It’s light weight, yet feels incredibly sturdy. It looks amazing, too. The wheels, in particular, are very eye-catching. They don’t just look good, though, they roll super smoothly with high maneuverability. These are some of the best wheels I’ve seen on a rollator. The handles are grippy and very comfortable on your hands, whether you’re just strolling along or really have some downward pressure on them. The brakes are fantastic — very easy to use (and they came perfectly adjusted). The parking brake is easy to engage too and holds the rollator firmly in place for sitting. The seat is generously size, particularly for a side-folding rollator. I like how padded the backrest is too and it arches outward quite a bit, creating a large and comfortable sitting space. There’s very little assembly required. You just have to slide the backrest (which is height-adjustable) onto the handle posts (height adjustable), then slide the handles posts into the frame. After that, it’s just a matter of sliding on the accessories (cargo bag, cupholder and cane holder) as needed. Adjusting the height of the handles does require turning some screw knobs, but they’re pretty easy to do and they make a clicky noise at each height level, so you don’t have to guess if you’ve got the hole line up correctly. Now about the folding:I made a video showing how to fold it, but I’ll also explain here because I don’t think the manufacturer’s instructions are very clear. You just need to make sure that the front wheels are STICKING OUT THE FRONT (the way they are when you pull the rollator backwards). Then all you have to do is pull the strap and then push the rollator together side-to-side as you would any other side folding rollator. The reason for the wheels needing to be positioned that way first is because this doesn’t just fold side-to-side, the wheels themselves also hinge downward when you fold the rollator. That gives the whole thing a smaller footprint for travel (and they include a big storage/travel bag to put the rollator in). But if you don’t have those front wheels positioned correctly before trying to fold it, the wheels will run into the frame. It’s easy once you know the correct way to do it!
