EDIT: The company reached out to me and provided helpful instructions on how to resolve the issue. They also sent a video that was very helpful. Thank you very much for the quick service and support.Bought for dad with mobility issues. He really liked the quality, features, and ease of use while in use. However, seat can be dangerous for elderly people. Very difficult for parents to unfold seat and lock into place. Beware of seat when not fully locked, it can collapse and cause serious injury. After unloading from vehicle, mom pulled up on seat but it did not lock in place even though it seemed to be fully upright. She sat down and seat folded onto her leg, caused her to fall over and trapped her underneath. Had to wait for dad who has difficulty walking to try to help her up. Her leg is luckily not broken but she is sore and bruised. With all the audible warnings, backup alerts, and other commands this scooter yells out, you would think the seat not locking in place would be more clear and give you a warning. Everyone be careful when purchasing this model!

This scooter is a life saver now I am able to go places and not worry if they have scooters. It’s easy enough for my family to fold it up and put in our vehicle. Great purchase great product!!

Made for smaller people. I am about medium size (5 foot 11) and feel rather cramped and does not seem to have and a way of adjusting the seat. It runs well and the 6 mph is faster than my old scooter and a smaller person would probably love it.
