I’ve been using this about a month. It has stayed firm and true to size and shape. Quality material, stitching, and zippers. Very comfortable and keeps me elevated nicely. Pics are after a months use and through washing. (Ignore the ripples, I wrapped an old towel inside for added protection of the inner foam.)

Bought this for my grandmother. She is 88 and having bad acid reflux at night. Doctor suggested something like this. We had our doubts about it BUT she had a good night sleep with no episodes the first night she used it!

If you’re dealing with GERD or overnight acid reflux, this wedge pillow is an absolute game-changer. My girlfriend started using it after struggling with nighttime stomach acid, and the difference was noticeable within the first few nights. The incline helps keep everything down where it belongs, and she’s been waking up far more comfortable (and much less groggy). So on the health front—five stars, easy.Now… let’s talk about the cuddling situation. As the partner, I’ll admit—this pillow is not cuddle-friendly. She’s perched up like a queen on a foam throne, while I’m down in the moat trying to spoon a mountain. If they added a little tunnel or arm slot underneath, it’d make midnight snuggles a lot less awkward (and my shoulder wouldn’t fall asleep before I do).Bottom line: Great product for reflux relief, not so great for romance—but your esophagus will thank you.
