I have had back issues my whole life which left me in a lot of pain. This helps everything to relax so I can function during the day and get better sleep at night.

After trying to figure out the most comfortable position on my neck for me, it was a little difficult to relax and let the machine move my neck around as it needed. I think that’s more user error than it is machine error. After using it for 15 minutes, I had a larger movement range in my neck than I did before and the sudden lack of tension caused a small long lasting headache. I think if I started slower on the device, the headache would be avoided. It’s going to take some more getting used to get figure out how to relax entirely on this but it’s absolutely worth the money.
